Favourable magnificent location, new in KL area. Also - close to a shopping centre, and of course The Mines Mall which has a cruise boat.

The location was nice, just next door to the nearby Palace of the Golden Horses, convention centre and the waterfront. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Seri Kembangan.

We were in a strategic location short walk to taxi from the next KTM station, a Malay-styled restaurant, and the Mines shopping centre, with many restaurants. Furthermore, to be precise-connected with the shopping mall.
The hotel staff was quite busy.

Extremely spacious rooms, that have essentials you need. The view of the lake is excellent. Its location is marvellous, near to the Mines shopping center, shopping mall, and the airport and KL City Center, pretty nice area.
The bathrooms are very dirty.

The hotel has a nice restaurant located near the man-made beach. If you're lucky, you may get a good view from your table to enjoy while you eat. The room provides an iron and ironing board plus a safe deposit box, which is a bonus. Housekeeping staff is polite and accommodating.
The hotel needs to improve in terms of facilities and service. Some guests have reported poor service from housekeeping, and there have been complaints about towels not being provided.

Was a good choice for weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with helpful staff in assisting guest during arrival. The location was particularly good - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building really close to the nearby mall across the road and Seri Kembangan. Courteous service, beautifully maintained and great-sized room complete with the condition and balcony and shower.
